Treleague is a self-catering cottage nestling at the top of the peaceful Porthallow valley with views down to the sea and over Falmouth Bay to St Anthony's Head lighthouse. It is situated on the sheltered east side of the Lizard Peninsula, south of the Helford river.

The property is 300 years old and full of character, with wooden beams, a wood burning stove in the dining room/guest area and stable doors. There is a patio area and garden for guests use. There is also a large private car park.

The Lizard Peninsula is an undiscovered treasure in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is known for its magnificent coastline, sandy beaches and coves, pretty fishing villages and the wooded valleys and the creeks of the Helford river. Porthallow is 1 mile down the valley to the sheltered cove great for swimming and fishing from the beach or off the rocks. Porthallow has a pub, craft shop, post office and bistro on the beach

The nearby village of St Keverne has a convenience store, post office, newsagent, two pubs (both do food), an organic restaurant, and a great butchers shop. It is 1/2 mile up the valley and its elevated position means that the church spire is used by shipping as a guide to avoid the Manacle reef. It is a friendly community set around the village square.
