	TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRELEAGUE COTTAGE
1.	Bookings are accepted by telephone or e-mail and confirmed on receipt of deposit.
2.	A deposit of 30% of the total rental is required on booking and can be paid by cheque. A letter or email of confirmation will be sent to you and the balance will be due 5 weeks prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 28 days of the start of your holiday, the full rent will be due at the time of booking.
3.	All cancellations must be advised asap. Cancellations made more than four weeks before the arrival date will incur cancellations charges of 30% of the total rental. Cancellations made within four weeks of the arrival date will incur cancellations charges of 100% of the total rental. Where possible we will try to re-let the property and where we can re-let you will be refunded any payments made less a £50.00 fee
4.	The cottage is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. The rental week is Saturday to Saturday
5.	Short breaks are available on request out of high season. 3 nights = 75% of the relevant Saturday start date. 4 nights = 80% of the relevant Saturday start date. 5 nights = 85% of the relevant Saturday start date
